OFERTA:
 
Service Engineer
- Resolves the TTs involveescalated either by the network fault management teams, Customer or Vendor Support Organization
- DevelopsFacilitates Root Cause Analysis documentation and reports to internal and external teams of the RCA findings
- Establishes and executes preventative maintenance routines and analyzes results for proactive activities to prevent incidents
- Play the role of Technical Outage Manager, if required, to ensure effective coordination of resources involved in trouble resolution
- Ensure successful implementation of permanent fixes in the network by creating emergency Requests for Change (RFC) according to customer-defined procedures. If appropriate, participate on RFC review boards in order to approve planned activity.


Service Analyst
- Perform technical analysis of network issues and outages as they occur across customer enterprise networks and drive the resolution in order to minimize service impact
- Identify and prioritize incidents according to customer business requirements and operational impact
- Process performance reports for various systems, and report trends in hardware and application performance
- Monitor a wide variety of information and network systems that include, but are not limited to: telecommunications circuits, SDH, DWDM, RAN, Transmission, LANWAN systems, routers, switches, firewalls, TDMVoIP systems, servers, operating systems and core applications etc.


Radio Network Implementation Engineer
- Remote implementation of network related services including but not limited to: integration, configuration, re-homing
- Preventive maintenance and software upgrade
- Creatinggenerating the configuration files for all network elements, software upgrades etc.
- Support in developing software scripts for task automation
- Assistance for field staff during various implementation activities, planned works and related-troubleshooting
- Creating, updating and identifying solutions in order to successfully deliver all designated tasks
- Ensure accurate and timely creation, update and completion of all tickets, with prompt escalation and notification of incidents during operations as per technical instructions received from both customers and internal management
- Ensuring that telecom services are delivered within the contractual deadlines
- Proposedevelop verifyimplement new work instructions and any changeevolution related to them
- Propose improvements to processes
- Transfer new tasks to GSD and inside GSD, between projects


Service Product Manager
- Understand NICare Services requirements in customer tenders (Request for Proposals i.e. RFPs) and define Services scope.
- Prepare NICare Services sales proposal as response to customer tenders.
- Define and document technical customer solution, respond to technical sections of tenders, and prepare costingpricing.
- Responsible for developing sales cases during sales phase as per Market requirements
- Responsible for developing sales cases during sales phase as per Market requirements
- Proactively assists on engagement with customers regarding Nokia solutions that require consulting-led approach.
- Performs risk analysis of the proposed solution. Acts as key bridge between sales and delivery phase to identify and manage risks and assure customer satisfaction.

RDC Project Manager
- Execute project and propose corrective actions using a standard Project Management Plan
- Prepare HW forecast and monitor deviation on actual vs forecast to implement corrective actions
- Execute project, monitor and control progress against a baseline plan, look continuously for improvement
- Provide the necessary Project Metrics (eg. Effort to date, Estimated Cost to Complete, Estimated effort at Completion)
- Report the PM relevant KPIs and milestones defined in the reporting via the Nokia Project Management KPI web-based tool
- Manage customer relationship in the scope of project execution
- Ensure customer input to the project is received in a timely and effective manner in order to meet project objectives and schedules
- Ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget and profitability forecast
- Ensure effective billing and payment. End to end PL responsible
- Approve purchase orders to be processed by appropriate organization (OEM)
- Lead contract administration (order management billing and payment) strictly limited to contract scope.


IP Professional
- Performs software testing on customer networks to ensure the integrated solution works
- Perform network updates upgrades according to related project plans at customer premises
- Works with customers, architects, solutions to perform detailed design and integration of all parts of the solution, multivendor equipment and the related IP services
- Has deep knowledge and usage of IP protocols and features, such as: ISISOSPF, BGP, LDPRSVPTE, L2L3 VPN, QoS, IPv6, BNGESM)
- Develops customized test list documents and Method of Procedures
- Performs on site pre-acceptance and acceptance testing of the delivered product or solution
- Executes a test strategy, test architecture, integration test plan, migration test plan, up to customer acceptance
- Maintain and improve interfaces with technical personnel from other Nokia multi-regional groups and organizations involved in process (Project Manager, Maintenance Service Managers, Regional Technical Support, Technical Expertise Center, Welcome Center, etc.)
- Investigate, isolate and drive problems reported by customer to a closure. This requires strong negotiation skills, an IPMPLS network engineer troubleshoot background accompanied with high experience level of IP technology.

C++ Software Developer
You will be a C++ Software Engineer as a member of a scrum team that applies good development practices using e.g. C++11, STL, BOOST, Design Patterns responsible for requirements analysis, test cases design, implementation and execution. You will know what skills are needed to solve complex technical problems, it is also expected that you will undertake technical training responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible and multicultural environment.


Software Test Engineer
- Designing test cases based on feature specification
- Test planning, test case design and test case coding (including effort estimation and work planning)
- Test environment planning, building, integration and maintenance
- Creates automated test suites and scripts for relevant test tools
- Executing test cases manually against real equipment.


Internship Junior Software Developer
- Writing the program codes and producing specifications
- Reviewing current systems, presenting ideas for system improvements, including refactoring
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.


Internship Junior Software Test Engineer
- Test planning, test case design and test case coding (including effort estimation and work planning)
- Test environment planning, building, integration and maintenance
- Executing test cases manually against real equipment.
