Our main activities:

Applications Functional Support (40):
Providing user support for standard applications such as SAP, Oracle, Selesforce, Cegid and for client specific applications

IT Service Desk (40) :
Providing Premium experience in IT support for 250 000 users of Windows, Windows 10, Office and Office 365

BPO (20):
Externalization of business processes, back office activities within our specialization
 
 
OFERTA:
 
Service desk technician

Resposabilities:
• Provides first line technical support to customer on a variety of issues (windows, office) by responding to calls, emails
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical inquiries
• Creates and assigns service tickets submitted by customers who are experiencing technical difficulties
• Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

Spoken languages: fluent GermanFrenchRussianPolishItalian and English.
Previous service desk and customer care experience.
Experience with diagnosing and resolving technical issues is a plus.
Customer oriented, interpersonal skills, listening skills, analytical skills and team spirit.
