From 2016 we start assembling bikes for our partner Decathlon. In December last year we moved in our own plant, where in 23.000 m2 we continue assembling bikes for the many, being innovative and always having long term thinking.

We started a new chapter with the painting department in which we want a PROCESS ENGINEER to join our team.

If you are inspired by our project, come and join us. Your main responsibilities will be:

Creates process standards and work instructions for the production lines

Monitor, update, and verify that the processes comply with the defined requirements, instructions and company quality standards

New products industrialization

Participates in the development and implementation for SDV’s

Optimization of the production process, by increasing efficiency, reducing losses and ergonomics improvements

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Higher education in technical field - Mechanics, Electrical Engineering;

• Experience on a similar position is a real advantage

• Advanced PC skills: Excel, Word, Solid Works.

• Advanced level of English (Italian language is an advantage)

• Good communication, flexibility, organization and teamworking skills.

• Analytical thinking
