Key Activities
- Manage and monitor daily cash activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and analysis
- Ability to work with and process data, including data management, analysis, and transformation;
- Daily booking of incoming payments and transfers related to treasury operations;
- Investigate the unidentified bank statements movements and follow up with bank/ supplier/concerned departments (AP, AR, finance-related departments) until a resolution is received;
- Work closely with Group Treasury to ensure a good track of commitment fees, guarantee fees, and other financial investments;
- Ensure KPIs will reach the required level;
- Develops and implements data collection processes and tools and improves procedures and associates tools in the area of responsibility
- Implements financial policies and procedures related to cash management, foreign exchange, and risk management
- Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury reports for management and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all group policies and maintain records to enable audit;
- Participate in different process improvement projects.
Desired Profile
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economy/Accounting field is required;
- Up to 1 year of treasury or accounting support experience in a professional office environment;
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Proficiently able to communicate in English;
- Team player with high ethical standards;
- Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all organizational levels;
- Analytical and rigorous, with great attention to detail;
- Good time management & ability to prioritize;
