Job Description:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the sheet metal parts, turning, and milling market segments.
- Utilize technical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, CNC turning, and milling processes to provide tailored solutions to customers.
- Drive business growth by expanding the customer base, penetrating new markets and increasing sales volumes with existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new business development and market expansion.
- Travel within the territory to meet with customers, attend meetings, and participate in sales-related activities as required.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sheet metal, turning, and milling processes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM software.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Professional experience & skills desired to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery related to sheet metal fabrication, CNC turning, and milling.
- Strong Expertise in sales Engineering with a focus on machining industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- You are fluent in commercial and technical English, German is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
