    Our Technical Assistance Center provides second/third level technical support on a 24/7 worldwide via phone, email, web and remote access to Huawei Enterprise & Carrier customers, partners, account teams, through independent troubleshooting & debugging.

  • Work in Romania/Hungary, provide opportunity of business traveling around Europe;
  • Work with Frontline/Project team to manage end to end project delivery from material order till invoice about wireline or wireless (or other technical) product;
  • Work with customer by collecting their needs, manage material and match with customer requirements and solve potential issue which may impact the target;
  • Transverse coordinate the Huawei supporting teams to achieve customer requirements;
  • Work with subcontractors, track the daily planning, have weekly planning meetings,
  • Communicate closely and report in a professional manner to the regional customers;
  • Work with Frontline PMO to solve daily operational issues;
  • Update Database Daily (ISDP), deliver reports, and KPI follow-up;
  • Check of subcontractor real-time installation and the standardization of site installation report;
  • Acquire acceptance report from customer and solve the invoice issue, in order to close contract
